NEW - Galleries Tab

So I have majorly slacked off with the blog this year. 

Not cool I know. 

I love giving clients previews and sneak peeks from their sessions. That is part of the reason why I have been more lax with blogging. I have been focusing more attention on Instagram this year, and it has been a great way to connect with clients and show off a few of their images. Another reason why my blogging hasn't been as consistent is that I started doing online proofing - which I am loving!!! However, it does make it hard to stay motivated to blog the session after I have already posted the images online. In addition I have sooo many sessions that I should still blog, it is a little overwhelming to think about.

AND in order to find the online proofing site more easily I have added a new "Galleries" tab at the top of the page. I hope to do better in the coming year with blogging. As always, I love to hear your feedback and comments. - Another reason why I love Instagram.

Josh and Alyse are Engaged!

I had so much fun trying out a new location, where Josh and Alyse first met! I love that this place has special meaning to them - and I love that it worked so well for photos! Thank you Leichtman family for letting us run around your farm, and thank you Becca for waiting to pick the apples so we could use your beautiful tree as a backdrop!

I cannot wait to photograph Josh and Alyse's wedding in a few weeks! They are so sweet to each other & ready to laugh - two of a photographer's favorite things.

Higby Family Session

I was so happy to do this early morning family session. Abuela (that's what these sweet kiddos call their grandma, since she used to be a spanish teacher) set it up to do a family session while they were back for a visit. They just might be my furthest traveling family to date, they came all the way from Virginia! 

I am so glad they did, the weather was perfect, the sun shining, and we captured some really sweet moments.
