The next two images are the canvas wrap designs.

When I do a canvas wrap, the sizing is a little different because the image folds all the way around the edges. Since they changed a little bit, I posted them to be previewed & approved as well.

On a foggy Friday...

I am a photographer, but you know what? I forget my camera too. Last Friday the temperature was in the upper 30's, great weather for January in Iowa. We had a lot of snow on the ground at the time, now it is gone. The snow mixing with the warm temps created a heavy fog, it was picture perfect. As I was driving along I kept thinking "WHY did I not bring my camera?!?!" So when I got home I grabbed my camera, determined to capture at least one foggy image. I walked a block & this is what I got.

I am going to continue to photograph images for me. Anything that I see as beautiful, interesting, or inspiring. 

Haylie's 1st Year

The best part of booking a baby's first year session is getting your finished album. It is amazing how much these little ones change in that small amount of time. Haylie just finished her first year, so now mom & dad get to enjoy her album!

It is 2013!

Wow, it is already the 10th of January! I meant to do this post at the beginning of the month, oops... better late than never.  Anyway, I am excited for the fresh start that each new year brings. This year I want to take more photographs for me. I want to try new things and find beauty in every day moments. So to start that all off, here are a few moments from last month that I took the time to stop and look around.

Art Book Design

Here is a wedding that I photographed a while ago. I was pleasantly surprised when Everett called me up a few months ago, wanting to have their wedding images designed into an Art Book as a surprise for Jessica. We covertly arranged all the details, got the design finalized, and ended up with a wonderful gift (hint hint to all you spouses out there). Now that the surprise part is over I am happy to finally share this design with you.
